You can call our toll-free hotline at 888-987-1200, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We’re here every day of the week except state holidays. You can still use the hotline even if you speak Spanish or are hearing impaired. When you call, we will ask for the following information:
- Name
- Medicaid number
- Address
- Telephone number
- Date of birth
If you call after hours, our answering machine will take your message. If you call during our regular hours and we can’t get to the phone, you can also leave a message. We will work on your problem until we find you an answer. We will tell you about our findings and work with you to find a solution to your concerns.
