HEDIS Report "Measuring More of What Matters"
HEDIS® measures look at how many of a plan’s enrollees are receiving care that meets national standards. Many of the measures focus on preventive care, such as childhood vaccinations and mammograms. Other measures look at specific care for chronic illnesses, such as asthma or diabetes
Report to the Community
Defining the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care and the services we provide is a challenge. To help explain our role in Arkansas’ healthcare system, AFMC has just published a Report to the Community: 2006. Written and prepared for state decision-makers, healthcare providers, community leaders and anyone with a stake in Arkansas’ healthcare system, the Report to the Community provides a snapshot of AFMC’s wide-ranging responsibilities and services for Medicare, Arkansas Medicaid, healthcare providers and all Arkansans.
