How to register for DOQ-IT University

1. Point your browser to http://elearning.qualitynet.org.
2. Click the Register link.
3. Choose your Root Organization (i.e., Health Care Provider/Organization).
4. Click the Next button.
5. Choose the applicable Sub Organization (i.e., Physician - Primary Care).
6. Click the Submit button.
7. Complete the User Profile Information on the Registration Page.
   Note: Licensure/Certification sections are optional fields.
Click the Submit button to enter the QualityNet eLearning Center where your registration will be verified.

How to access DOQ-IT University

1. On the main page of the QualityNet eLearning Center, select the Course Catalog Tab at the top of the page.
   Note: DOQ-IT University is listed.
2. Select DOQ-IT University.
   Note: A new window opens.
3. Read the Description, then click the Take Course button.
   Note: A new window opens.
4. Click the DOQ-IT University link on the left side of the page to begin the course.
5. Proceed as prompted.
