Home health care is a growing service that can help patients get the care they need in familiar and comfortable surroundings, while potentially reducing the need for hospitalization and its associated costs. AFMC works with home health clinical staff and administration to help them provide the best care possible, through effective communication, use of technology and streamlined, safety-conscious processes.
